This year will be our 3rd year with a booth at the NYC/CUNY Chapbook Festival‘s book fair. It will also be our first year launching titles at the festival. If you swing by C-Level of The Graduate Center at CUNY on 2 April 2015, you can be some of the first humans on the planet to hold HONEY AND BANDAGES by Katie Longofono & Mary Stone, WHAT WAS HERE by Julie Warther & calligraphy by JS Graustein, and ARTIFACTS AND RELICS by Mark J. Mitchell.
We know that not everyone can travel to New York City to attend, so we’ve developed a schedule of fun for the day with activities both at and beyond our booth (online activities in italics). We hope you’ll come to at least one of the following:
10 AM – 7 PM, Chapbook Queries. The editor in chief (JS Graustein) and poetry editor (Rose Auslander) will be taking submission packets that conform to our guidelines. We are especially interested in 20-poem collections of poetry & haiku; and 5000 word short stories, literary essays, literary memoirs, and travel narratives.
